What happens after you get in touch
If a name, address, phone number or website in the directory is wrong, tell us which listing is affected and what should change. We check each correction against the venue's own public listing before we edit it, and we remove a business entirely if its owner asks — no argument.
Business owners can claim a listing to correct the details we hold. We reply from directories@scotreach.com, usually within two working days, and we verify ownership before anything is changed.
Commercial placements stay clearly labelled and separate from the directory itself. Ask for current availability, reach and pricing and we will send the actual numbers rather than a rate card we cannot stand behind.
Report a page that 404s, an image that will not load or a form that fails and we will fix it. Whatever you send is used only to answer you — see our Privacy Policy.
